About AI Priority Map

AI Priority Map is a productised AI audit service built for SMBs. We identify where AI fits your business — grounded in methodology, not marketing — and deliver a concrete implementation roadmap within 24 hours.

Our ethos

AI Priority Map was built to help businesses identify AI opportunities the way they should be identified — quickly, rigorously, and at a sensible cost.

The audit surfaces your top three candidates — and, just as importantly, demystifies how they were identified. What would otherwise be a black-box decision becomes a methodology you can understand, defend and reuse — and that clarity is what accelerates adoption.

One conviction runs through everything we build: for the businesses we serve, AI adoption is no longer a question of if — it is a question of how soon and how well, and the companies that move with method rather than hype will scale faster and stay competitive in markets AI is already reshaping.

We understand AI from the inside — including the fact that AI itself will increasingly accelerate its own adoption. That makes structured assessment more valuable, not less, for every business willing to engage with it seriously.

Operated by

AI Priority Map is operated by DDN Consulting s.r.o., an EU-based advisory firm headquartered in Slovakia. For over a decade, the firm has run digitalisation, compliance and IT-systems-audit programmes for private and government clients — including GDPR compliance audits, government IT digitalisation projects, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) automation. AI Priority Map is built and delivered by the in-house team; there are no subcontractors in the audit pipeline. The senior team that designed the methodology guarantees both the scoring model and the rigour of every evaluation on every audit.

The team

AI Priority Map is run by a small senior team — by design. Most audit-as-a-service offerings are templated downstream and delivered by junior analysts working from playbooks; we do the opposite. The team that designed the methodology guarantees the scoring model and the evaluation rigour behind it, which keeps the work calibrated and the deliverables defensible. The methodology lead for the Agent Opportunity Score (AOS) framework is Daniela Piskackova.

Methodology

Every audit follows the Agent Opportunity Score (AOS) methodology. It assesses 40 standardised SMB process types across three dimensions: ROI potential, agent suitability and implementation risk. Each score is calculated from your answers by a fixed formula — not an analyst's opinion — and the calculation is shown in the report, so any number can be checked and reproduced. The output is your top three AI opportunities, selected by that combined score and ordered by payback speed, a phased implementation plan, and an implementation brief any internal team or external developer can build from. No consultant opinions, no vendor preference, no upsell to a multi-month consulting engagement — data, ranked.

Where the method comes from

The scoring model draws on two published rulebooks for running AI responsibly: ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. We use them to keep the scoring consistent from one audit to the next. We are not a certification body. You receive a business report, not a certificate, and no part of the audit is a conformity assessment.

Who we serve

AI Priority Map is built for SMBs with 10–500 employees, primarily in the UK and the EU — in manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, professional services, IT, retail, and financial services. What our clients share is operational complexity: multiple processes touching external systems, suppliers or customers, and a leadership team that wants AI adoption to be a structured decision rather than a procurement gamble. What we do not serve well: pure consumer apps, pre-revenue startups, and single-process SaaS — the methodology is calibrated for a real process footprint.

How we engage

Everything starts with a structured online intake covering your business, your processes and your constraints. The Agent Opportunity Score (AOS) methodology then runs against that data, and automated quality gates validate the deliverables before release. You receive two documents within 24 hours of completing the intake: an executive report — your top three opportunities, selected by combined score and ordered by payback speed, with a phased implementation plan — and an implementation brief, the technical spec your in-house IT can build from or use to obtain accurate external quotes. If your case is unusual — a regulated industry, a multi-entity group, a workforce that does not work in English — or you have scope questions before ordering, write to us first. We reply within one business day, Bratislava time.
